Finally, the end of the summer is here and we can say goodbye to 90 degree temps. Lately, the weather has been perfect. Cool in the morning and evening and warm during the day. I'm even looking forward to a time when the afternoon temps stay in the upper 60s and lower 70s. It's all a reminder that fall is just around the corner...only a week and a half away, but who's counting? With fall comes football, cookouts, fall fashions, and a time to decorate the house in beautiful oranges, reds, and yellows. I'm definitely ready to welcome fall with open arms!
Once a quarter, four high school friends of mine and I get together for a Girls Night Out. I know we would all love to do it more often, but our schedules make it hard to committ to anything more frequent than that and we want everyone to be able to come. On Saturday, we all went to my friend Mindy's house for a potluck cookout with our husbands/boyfriends and children. Mindy's husband, Nick, smoked a Boston Butt on their Big Green Egg and it was DELISH with all of the other yummy sides everyone made. Mindy and Nick just redid their backyard and it looks awesome. They have so much room for their kiddos to run around and play. Rob and I already wanted to do some landscaping in our backyard, but seeing theirs really makes us excited to have ours graded so we can enjoy it even more. The only bad part of the evening was watching the Dawgs lose to South Carolina. Atleast the little ones looked handsome in their jerseys!

| Tripp loved Austin's bike. We might have to get him one for Christmas! |

| The four boys playing in Austin and Abby's playhouse. I didn't get a picture of Abby because she was inside at the time. |
