A Few New Things About Cami (as Tripp calls her):
~Has been trying a new food every few days
~Eats one solid meal in the morning
~Doesn't like jarred meats (neither do I), but will eat anything else
~Loves fruits
~Loves taking a bath
~Can sit on her own for a few seconds when placed in the sitting position. She mainly does the tripod stance. Cannot get into the sitting position by herself yet.
~Constantly gets up on all fours when she's doing tummy time.
~Is finally sleeping through the night without waking to feed (She's started doing 12 hour stretches and it's the bomb.)
~Goes to bed around 7:30 pm
~Takes 3 naps a day (2 long and 1 short), but we will soon drop to only 2 naps a day
~Super smiley
~Loves to squeal and will do it whenever Tripp gets excited
~Doesn't have separation anxiety, but seems to be aware whenever I leave the room
~Seems to have very sensitive skin. Hopefully it will get better as she ages, but right now she gets terrible eczema, especially behind her ears. For now, we've been putting a topical steroid ointment on the affected areas as needed.
She really wants to move around so it's getting harder to photograph her.
Tripp at 6 months:
Weight: 17 lbs. 4 oz. (46%)
Length: 26.8 Inches (64%)
Head Circumference: 17.4 Inches (64%)
Tripp was starting to sit pretty well at this point. He could stay in this position for several minutes before getting tired.
